At BRAZA, we want you to love your new bikini and feel amazing in it! If your BRAZA swimsuit doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit equal to the value of your swimwear.
To begin a return, simply email us at braza@brazafl.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition, with all original tags and hygiene liners still attached.

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be rejected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited.
Sale Items & Discount Codes
Items purchased on sale or using a discount code are eligible for store credit only – no refunds will be issued.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at braza@brazafl.com with:
